Sunday, June 5, 2016 - Ex con now Professional Wrestler, Damian King, had the opportunity to meet the man who prosecutors described as a "key and credible witness" in the wrestling ring.

King served just under 2 years of a 5 year prison sentence in the Department of Corrections, over what he argued was a case of mistaken identity.

In 2012, while working the carnival circuit from the popular town of Gibsonton, Fl. Chuckles identified King as one of the perpetrators whom he saw removing hydraulic lines from midway equipment.

He further stated that Damian was lurking abnormally close to the rides the day before the incident occurred.

Fortunately no spectators were injured in what investigators described as a hellacious act and authorities quickly rounded up King from a sketch artist rendering.

King argued that he was at the midway on the day in question but had no reason to tamper with rides.

Additionally, King's alibi of his whereabouts the night the incident occurred never materialized and It took a jury less than 6 hours to find him guilty.

Maintaining his innocence from prison, King vowed to find a way to get retribution on the witness and to make him pay for his actions.

While working out in a fitness room, King happened to see Chuckles on television moonlighting as a professional wrestler and thought that would be how he would get his hands on him without breaking the law.

So King joined the Department of Corrections Boxing league, racking up impressive wins- all in preparations of getting out and tracking down his accuser.

"Chuckles took the beating of his life", says a spectator. "King and Harris not only beat him and Rafi Rex to a pulp, but they also attacked General Manager, GlennRuth."

It is unknown at this time what the future holds for King. Some spectators feel that he finally got revenge and will not return, while others feel that he is just getting started.

We reached out to King's parole officer on Monday who saw the footage and was issued this reply. "Pro Wrestling is Sports Entertainment and does not fall under our jurisdiction.

The question that is now on everyone's mind is will King show up at Declaration of Independents on Sunday, July 3rd?
